Dear Parents and Students:

This week is a busy week for our track team. Thursday the team travels to Kimball and on Saturday they will travel to Gering. Departure time is 6:30 AM both days. Drivers are needed.

The 8th grade will go to Dollar General and purchase items for their service project trip to South Dakota. Tuesday is also the last day that items can be donated. We accept monetary donations for the purchases at Dollar General. The 8th grade will deliver the items Wednesday, April 30, leaving at 7:30 AM.

Wednesday, April 30 is National Walk at Work Day. During the day we’re asking everyone to walk and get some exercise. The teachers can arrange different times to take the children on a walk around the playground. The Wellness Council is promoting wellness activities because statistics show that fit children make better learners.

Thursday, May 1, we will not have Mass but we will have May Crowning at 9 AM in the Gym. This is a change from the calendar that is coming home today. Students should bring real or artificial flowers to put in a vase to present during the celebration. Each grade will present the flowers. After May Crowning the 4th grade will wind the Maypole. Make sure and join us for the festivities.

A reminder that families who receive In-Parish Tuition must donate their $300 (minimum) to the
church by June 30. Thanks!

On Friday, April 25, Parents Inc. is serving lunch. Sam & Louie’s pizza will be served with carrots, cookies and milk. Price is $2.50 and extra slices cost $1.00.

Have a great week!
