TICKETS REMAIN FOR ALLIANCE LIONS CLUB COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PROMOTION

Alliance Lions LogoThe Alliance Lions Club will donate $11,000 to ten community entities in early May, but they need your help!

The annual Lions community fundraiser is now underway, and you’re asked to purchase a $100 ticket which includes a meal and the chance to win one of 35 prizes, with a top prize of $5,000.

The check presentations, prize drawing and meal will be held the evening of Friday, May 2 at the Eagles Club.

Tickets are available from any Lions Club member.

This year’s recipients include:

Box Butte Family Focus (equipment) – $2,000

Bulldog Youth Football (equipment) – $1,000

Cattle Capitol Rodeo (facility improvements) – $500

East Point Horspice (therapeutic saddles) – $2,000

Friends of Carhenge (erect metal shelter) – $1,000

Good Samaritan (flooring project) – $1,000

Handyman Program (assist seniors with repairs) – $1,000

Historic Main Street (repair santa house) – $1,000

NW Community Action ( delivery emergency food) – $500

Spartans Baseball (replace backstop) – $1,000
