That’s a couple weeks earlier than normal, and spokesman Janice McCallum says that’s because of a quirk of the calendar that has Easter falling on the Festival’s usual third weekend of April. She expects a return to that weekend next year.
As for this year, with Brenda von Forell of Crawford the featured quilter, McCallum says it should be one of the best and most-fun yet.
The schedule includes 4 vendors, demonstrations, door prizes, a raffle quilt, and on Saturday quilt appraisals. Hours are 9-6 Friday and Saturday, 12-4 on Sunday. Admission is $5 for the entire weekend
