Bobby Jo Schwartz-Elford, 32, died Monday, February 24, 2014 at Box Butte General Hospital.
She was born on April 5, 1981 to Marvin D. and Regina S. (Lynn) Schwartz at Webster, South Dakota.
Bobby had made many friends throughout the area from her employment at Fastenal and Perrins. She liked to bowl, play poker, and hitting the slot machines with her mom and dad when she wasn’t cheering on her kids at wrestling, football, baseball, and softball. During the summer if you couldn’t find her she was soaking up the sun at the lake.
She is survived by her children, Hunter James Elford, Richard Eric Elford and Tabitha Marie Elford. She is also survived by her parents, Marvin and Regina Schwartz, her sister, Sonja Crowe, her brother, Edward Schwartz and her grandmother, Willa Lynn all of Alliance. Her 7 nieces and nephews and numerous aunt, uncles and cousins also survive her.
Funeral services will be Friday, February 28 at 2:00 p.m. at the Alliance Berean Church with Greg Carter officiating. Family and friends are welcome to dinner and a celebration of life held at Bowl Mor Lanes Friday starting 5:00 pm. Cremation will follow the service with inurnment at the Alliance Cemetery at a future date.
Visitation will be Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bates-Gould Funeral Home.
A memorial for her children will be established. Memorials may be sent in care of Richard Elford, 638 Hampton, Alliance, NE 69301.
