Chadron Community Recreation will hold its registration for the upcoming youth volleyball league for boys and girls grades 3rd-6th on Monday and Tuesday, February 24 and 25 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Chadron State College Physical Activity Center (PAC). Please us the top south entrance. Cost of the program is $30.
There will be a free skills clinic for 5th and 6th graders on March 10 and 12 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. The location will be determined (either the CHS or CMS gym) and announced when the time gets closer. Even though these skills clinics are free; participants must still register and have a signed consent form to participate.
Only those with a paid registration form will be placed on a league team. Practice will begin in March and league games will be played in April. This is a traveling league, with surrounding communities (Crawford, Harrison, Hemingford) participating. Games will be played on weekends; Saturday mornings or Sunday afternoons. Practice times are determined by the volunteer coaches.
