HEMINGFORD 2ND HALF ADJUSTMENTS LEADS TO CONVINCING WIN OVER CWC (With Audio)

Hemingford and Chambers/Wheeler Central were tied at halftime, 6-6, during Wednesday’s Class D-1 football playoff in Hemingford.    The Renegades and Bobcats were knocking heads in a defensive struggle on a 45-degree day.

Playing in front of a packed house, the Bobcat offense made adjustments at halftime and rolled to a 42-18 win.

Hemingford (10-0) will travel to Elm Creek (9-1) for quarterfinal action on Tuesday, November 12.   Kickoff time at 1 pm mst.   The game will be broadcast on Double Q Country, 105.9 FM.
