GASSELING; PARKS CASES BOUND OVER TO DISTRICT COURT

Gavel-1An Alliance woman accused of stealing roughly $5,000 from the Alliance Cattle Capitol Rodeo Committee has waived her right to a preliminary hearing and has been bound over to District Court.

39-year-old Tera Gasseling will be arraigned on November 13 at 9 a.m.

Gasseling has been charged with one count of theft and one count of forgery.

Gasseling is free on bond. She has retained Tylor Petitt of Scottsbluff as her legal counsel.

65-year-old Jim Parks of Alliance also waived his right to a preliminary hearing, which was also scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, on seven felony counts of child pornography.

Parks will also be arraigned on November 13 at 9 a.m.

Parks is free on bond. He has also retained Tylor Petitt as his legal counsel.
