The City of Alliance Cultural and Leisure Services Department continues to study possible upgrades to Laing Lake, including increasing the speed in which the lake is replenished with water.
During a recent city council meeting, it was announced that the well that previously was used to fill the lake was not maintaining the water level as it had in past years.
In an interview with KCOW Radio, Alliance City Manager J.D. Cox outlined the issue, and the potential plans of action that may take place.
