Only one other team from the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference made either poll:  Colorado State University-Pueblo is ranked 5th in both.

Colorado School of Mines was among those listed as receiving votes in the Coaches poll. The D2Football.com poll does not go beyond the Top 25.

The first 7 spots this week are the same in both polls with Valdosta State of Georgia #1, Minnesota State-Mankato #2, and Northwest Missouri State #3. West Texas A&M, which came back from a 21-0 deficit to hand CSC its only loss, is 4th.

The Eagles, who improved to 2-0 in the RMAC with last Saturday’s 35-13 win at Western State, hosts Adams State this week for Homecoming. Kickoff is 1:30.
