Rock For OklahomaOKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Another benefit concert for victims of the Oklahoma tornadoes is in the works, with this one featuring rock acts. Kings of Leon, Flaming Lips, Jackson Browne, Built To Spill and special guests to be announced will perform in Oklahoma City on July 23.

Proceeds will be donated to local charities. Wayne Coyne of Flaming Lips says they’re trying to be there not just for the immediate needs, but to help with the rebuilding. Twenty-four people were killed by tornadoes near Moore, Oklahoma, last month.

Toby Keith, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Ronnie Dunn and Willie Nelson will hold a benefit concert on Friday. Blake Shelton hosted a benefit concert last month.
